'The Book of Mark
Chapter 3 (NIV)
23So Jesus called them and spoke to them in parables: "How can Satan drive out Satan? 24If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. 26And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. 27In fact, no one can enter a strong man's house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can rob his house. 28I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. 29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin."
30He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit."

What Jesus says about Satan's house, he could also say about his own. Why is it that Christians fight amongst ourselves? By squabbling, we are literally bringing his house down rather than building it up.
Jesus is the new paradigm. The message that He brings forth shatters the conventional wisdom and religious/legalistic norms of the day. All-powerful, indescribable, uncontainable, awesome and supreme over all things of the created world is our God. As my good friend told me yesterday, I get mad and upset when my expectations of His ways are not in line with the glimpses i catch of who He is. Like them, religious leaders who accused Jesus of breaking the laws and rules of the day, I bring my own set of pre-conceived thoughts and proposals to Him. Lemme not try to patch him into an old garment, lemme not put him in the old wineskin. Lord, reign in me today, and help me be open and obedient to the way u are leading. amen.
Adding on from yesterday's, I have to love how Jesus answers. I agree with you Suejin and it is very sad that Christians are fighting amongst ourselves.
Jesus makes a very important statement about blasphemes against the Holy Spirit and how no one will be forgiven for that.
